Matt Dawson is a seasoned leader, speaker, and coach with over 25 years of experience in full-time ministry and 13 years of marketplace leadership. He is the lead pastor of an innovative church that not only serves its congregation but also owns and operates local businesses, contributing to the community in transformative ways. Matt holds a formal education in Mortuary Science, blending an unconventional background with his passion for leadership and ministry. His career spans roles as a salesman, manager, and entrepreneur before entering pastoral work. Mattā€™s expertise lies in casting vision, navigating cultural shifts, and equipping others to achieve their potential. A dynamic communicator and trusted trainer, Matt is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations embrace growth, freedom, and purpose.

MY STORYĀ 

Matt Dawsonā€™s journey is a story of faith, curiosity, and calling. While heā€™s often introduced as a pastor, Matt sees himself as so much more than his title. From his suburban home near Charlotte, North Carolina, Matt shares his life with his family and loves engaging with his community.
